Key Configurations
Tube sheets:front tube sheet and back tubesheet which passed through tubes, and strengthen the tube bundle in whole one part;
fins:the key element to enlarge heat transfer areas and improve heat transfer efficiency exponentially;
(top) side plate:make the base for top and down sealings andincrease the tube bundle strength;
(top)sealing:make sure hot air/gas goes smongthly in one way, ensuring hot air cool down effiently;
Impingement plate:protecting the fins from strong air pressure and meanwhile hot air/gas passes smoothly
Key Configurations
Partition groove:make the base for partition which water passes into two or more;
Tubes:contains flowing water which will take away heat from hot air or gas
Shell: the key part for installing tube bundles, and seperate air passes and water passes.
