Steam Radiators

Steam radiators are used to heat the process air by utilizing the energy of the steam.

Hot Water and Superheated Water Radiators

Hot water radiators are used to heat the process air by utilizing the energy of hot water or superheated water. Hot water radiators offer a simple and effective solution. Fixtures of hot water radiators are less costly than other processes.

Hot Oil Radiators

Hot oil radiators are used to heat the process air by utilizing the energy of the hot oil. Hot oil is preferred where high temperature demand must be met.

6.Warranty:Our heat exchanger has a 1-year warranty. Production and fabrication can be carried out in accordance with ASME standards as an option.

Any of carbon steel, stainless, copper, brass and CuNiFe tube and special alloy tube serpetines all of which are part of spiral finned and stamped plate finned serpentines group can be used. Tube and fin selection is made to provide highest efficiency by considering fluid pressure drops with the help of special calculation programs in accordance with fluid type to be used, area and application purpose.

Tubes:
We make tubes of different diameters, with a greater number of thicknesses and different materials such as copper, stainless steel and cupronickel. The tube expansion, during the flaring phase, allows a perfect contact between the tubes and the fins and as a
consequence it assures efficient thermal exchange.
Fines:
The fins, made of aluminium, prevarnished aluminium or copper, are pressed by means of a particular ondulation that increases the thermal exchange between the air and the fin reducing the load losses on the air side and encouraging at the same time the flow of condensation or defrosting water.
