1. Heat exchange core
As a direct carrier of heat energy transfer, the core adopts a tubular or plate structure made of high thermal conductivity materials such as copper and aluminum. By increasing the contact area and optimizing the fluid path, the heat transfer efficiency per unit time is significantly improved.

2. Outer sheath
The closed shell made of metal alloy has both protection and guidance functions, which not only isolates the external environment from interference, but also guides the flow of the medium through a specific design. Stainless steel has become the mainstream choice due to its corrosion resistance.
3. End fixing plate
The thick plate structure at both ends of the shell has a dual function: mechanically fix the position of the heat exchange tube array and share the shell pressure load. The drilling accuracy and plate thickness directly affect the overall pressure bearing capacity of the equipment.
4. Load-bearing frame
The internal steel frame structure disperses the weight of the equipment through a grid layout to avoid local stress concentration. The seismic design can effectively buffer the vibration caused by fluid impact and extend the life of the sealing system.
5. Isolation components
The rubber-based annular gasket or compression filler is embedded in the joints of each component to prevent medium leakage or cross contamination. Special working conditions require the use of high temperature resistant sealing materials such as fluoroplastics.
