Hylita microchannel heat exchangers coil are high-efficiency thermal transfer devices characterized by narrow, parallel flow channels (typically 0.1–2.5 mm in diameter) integrated into a compact core structure. The manufacturing process combines precision forming, material optimization, and advanced joining techniques, with key steps as follows:​ 1.1 Structural & Material Foundation​ The core substrate is mainly made of aluminum alloy (e.g., AA3003, AA6061), selected for its excellent thermal conductivity (160–200 W/(m·K)), low density (2.7 g/cm³), and corrosion resistance. For special high-temperature or corrosive scenarios, stainless steel or titanium alloys may be used, though with higher manufacturing costs.​

Build an intelligent monitoring system

Fully automated production equipment
It adopts internationally advanced micro-channel flat tube stamping forming machines, laser welding robots and fully automatic brazing furnaces to achieve unmanned assembly line operations from raw materials to finished products. The daily production capacity can reach over 3,000 pieces, with an accuracy error controlled within ±0.05mm.
Digital management system
Through an electronic system, real-time monitoring of production parameters (such as welding temperature, helium gas leak detection pressure, etc.) is conducted. All data are uploaded to the cloud analysis platform to achieve dynamic optimization of process parameters and abnormal warning. The one-time product qualification rate has been increased to 99.5%.
Flexible production unit
It is equipped with dedicated modular changeover devices, which can complete the switch of production lines for different specifications of products (such as 16x2mm to 38x4mm flat tubes) within 30 minutes. It supports co-line production of 8 types of refrigerant adapters, including R290/R32.
