Product Description
A direct expansion air conditioning unit, also called a DX unit, cools indoor air using a condensed refrigerant liquid. The DX coil cools air by passing the condensed refrigerant through a heat exchanger inside the building to be cooled. In this part of the unit, called the evaporator, the refrigerant expands as it absorbs heat, eventually converting to a gas.
Advantages of Direct Expansion System: low installation costs, ease to adjust and balance the system, minimum ceiling or wall space needed, low energy consumption, low maintenance costs. individual section can be operated without running the entire system in the building, comfort under varying load conditions and good relative humidity control.
Direct expansion coil or DX coil is Shenzhen Hylita 's most important production. Compared with water coils, not only more difficult process , it requires more complicated copper fittings brazing and circuit design, more high-levels inspection standards. The quality and stability of products also need to be higher level to prevent leakage of filled refrigerant.
In direct expansion system, there is possibility of refrigerant leakage for long distances, and the cost of the refrigerant would be high. Also the pressure drop in the line would decrease evaporator coefficient of performance and efficiency.The direct expansion coil is preferred for air conditioning purposes, where the evaporator is very near to the compressors. This is direct method of cooling the substance and, therefore quite efficient.

We make tubes of different diameters, with a greater number of thicknesses and different materials such as copper, stainless steel and cupronickel. The tube expansion, during the flaring phase, allows a perfect contact between the tubes and the fins and as a consequence it assures efficient thermal exchange.

The fins, made of aluminium, prevarnished aluminium or copper, are pressed by means of a particular ondulation that increases the thermal exchange between the air and the fin reducing the load losses on the air side and encouraging at the same time the flow of condensation or defrosting water. The fins can also be made from 316L stainless steel for installations where the thermal exchange is in aggressive environments such as the food sector or exchangers used in salty environments. The main geometries, achievable according to the chosen material, are reported following below; besides, according to the application chosen by the customer and to the thickness of the requested strap, it will be possible to make a major or minor pitch between the fins.

The Plates, Thanks to its accurate three-dimensional design and to modern punchers and numerical control bending machines, it is possible to make carpentry and structures of different sizes that can be adapted to any construction requirement of the customer.

Packing & Delivery
Standard packaging is wooden crates.
For exports to European countries, the wooden crates undergo fumigation treatment.
If container space is limited, we can switch to PE film packaging or accommodate special packaging requests from customers..
