Daily inspection of coolers

After the cooler is put into use, the operator should regularly inspect the heat exchanger to determine whether it is operating normally.
(1) Check the process parameters and strictly prohibit over-temperature and over-pressure operation.
(2) Check whether there is leakage in the partition tank, large pot, and interface flange.
(3) Check the stability of the foundation support.
(4) Check the vibration of the cooler and pipeline.
(5) Regularly check the color of the oil and the temperature change after heat exchange.
