Main Part - Tube:
• Standard tubes are 5/8", 1/2" ,5/8", 20, 1" OD.
• 304, 316 stainless steel, copper, titanium, hot dip galvanized steel or aluminum.
• Tubes are arranged inline in the direction of airflow for maximum heat transfer with minimum air side pressure drop.
The tube expansion, during the flaring phase, allows a perfect contact between the tubes and the fins and as a consequence it assures efficient thermal exchange.
Main Part - Fin:
• Standard fin material is aluminum, copper, stainless steel, titanium
• Fins are die-formed into a corrugated (waffle) configuration to encourage turbulent airflow and improve heat transfer
efficiency.
• Fins do have varied types of space.
The fins, made of aluminium, prevarnished aluminium or copper, are pressed by means of a particular ondulation that increases the
thermal exchange between the air and the fin reducing the load losses on the air side and encouraging at the same time the flow of
condensation or defrosting water.
