Finned Tube Heat Exchanger is one of Our Main Products.
Finned tubes consist of thin fins wrapped over the tubes to increase the heat transfer area. Straight tube or finned tube product design can be made according to the purpose of use and ambient conditions. It is wound in a certain thickness, height and pitch according to the tube diameter determined as a result of the necessary calculations according to the process requirement and the heat transfer requirement.

Get to Know the Finned Tube Heat Exchanger:
The L/LL/KL configuration refers to the shape of the fins on the tube. L-shaped fins have a flat top and a tapered base, while LL-shaped fins have a double-conical structure with a groove to increase the holding force between the fins and the base tube.KL-shape fins are similar to L-shape fins, but with a serrated body to widen the contacts between the fins and the base tube.
In the G configuration , a finned tube type in which the fin is mechanically embedded in a groove towards the inside of the tube and that groove is locked in place by forcing rollers at the top of the blade centre.
L/LL/KL finned tubes are widely used in air-cooled heat exchangers such as radiators, evaporators and condensers, as well as in industrial process heating and cooling applications.
L finned tubes, LL (Double L) finned tubes, KL finned tubes (knurled fin tubes) (with aluminum fins)The aluminum fin strip or the copper fin strip is folded into an L shape and spirally wound tightly under the action of tension on the outer surface of the base tube. Tension in the fin strip is wrapped around the tube serves to make the fin foot forcefully on the tube, thus hold the fin firmly in place.

All air heat exchangers undergo a rigorous pressure test: each unit is tested twice at 2.5 MPa and must hold the pressure for at least 15 minutes to verify pressure resistance and ensure no leakage.

Standard packaging is wooden crates.
For exports to European countries, the wooden crates undergo fumigation treatment.
